The product listing or quotation specifies the materials, dimensions, options, included items, digital formats and applicable timelines. Concept illustrations are identified as such. Natural materials may vary in grain and colour without changing the agreed specifications. PRICES AND PAYMENT Store prices are in Canadian dollars. The order summary shows the products, shipping charges, taxes and total before payment. Online payments are processed by Stripe. Requesting a quotation does not constitute payment, and a calculator provides an estimate unless a firm price is expressly stated. ORDERS Check your selections and contact details before paying. Keep your order confirmation. Contact us if any information is incorrect or you do not receive confirmation. If we cannot supply a paid item, we will refund the amount paid for that item; we will not substitute a product or charge extra without your agreement. CUSTOM PROJECTS AND MACHINING The quotation and approved drawings define the work, materials, dimensions, tolerances, price, deadlines and payment terms. Changes must be agreed in writing before they are carried out. Contact us immediately to request cancellation: the outcome depends on the work already performed, the agreement and applicable rights. These terms do not automatically make any deposit non-refundable. DIGITAL FILES A digital file does not include a physical product. Check the formats, software and equipment requirements stated in the listing. Usage rights are governed by the licence presented before purchase. Contact us before ordering if the licence or compatibility is unclear. Purchasing a file does not transfer its intellectual property or a general right to redistribute it. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND WARRANTIES The “Shipping and returns” policy supplements these terms. Legal warranties and mandatory consumer rights remain applicable, including where an item is defective or does not match the agreed description. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue to make a claim. Nothing in these terms limits remedies provided by law.
